Our Cosmopolitan

A cosmopolitan, or informally a cosmo, is a cocktail made with vodka, triple sec, cranberry juice, and freshly squeezed lime juice.

Spice it Up! Adds one more ingredient which makes it a true refreshing cocktail.

Served in this specific glass our cosmo’s are chilled and poured with no ice to appreciate the signature blend.

Our Margarita Glass

The Margarita glass is a variant of the classic coupe glass that is typically used to serve Margaritas. It features a small, secondary bowl in the center that gives it a little extra volume and some aesthetic flair. More than just a decorative flourish, salt adds a flavorful grace note to the liquid ingredients in a Margarita, balancing out the orangey sweetness of the Triple Sec the tartness of the lime juice, and the heady warmth of the tequila. Spice it Up! Bartending blends a few more favors to taunt our signature margarita. We also have a variety of rims and flavors like the Jalapeno Rita that are just mouthwatering in this glass.

Our Moscow Mule Mug

The most scientific benefit of using copper Moscow mule mugs is temperature. For centuries, the best drinkers have known that chilled drinks in copper cups offer an extra-cool sensation, due to the metal quickly taking on the icy temperature of the cocktail. You can now enjoy this experiencing at your very own function. Spice it Up! has inventory to cover events less than 60 guests.

This mug is not part of our basic package however the small add on is well worth the crowd experience.

Our Red Wine Glass

Our Red wine glasses are tall with a broad bowl, and is designed for full bodied red wines like Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah as it directs wine to the back of the mouth. Typically, Red wine glasses will be a bit taller and have a larger bowl than White wine glasses. In general Reds are bigger and bolder wines so they require a larger glass to allow all those aromas and flavors to emerge. Spice it Up! Bartending also aerates all of the wines onsite so this delivers the best taste.

Our White Wine Glass

Generally speaking, a glass of wine should only be filled about halfway or less to give you the full experiencing of enjoying the wine. You want to be able to tilt the glass to look at the color, swirl the wine to watch the legs fall and open up the bouquet to release the aromas of the wine.

Surprise, we have a dedicated white wine aerator that uses a separate filter that scratches the body of the wine. Taste the difference on all non carbonated white wines.

Our Whiskey Glass

The experts drink whisky with water. You can toss out any notion that real men drink Scotch room-temperature and neat, or that a splash of water will somehow mar a single malt's perfection. Water actually opens up the flavors of Scotch, which is why professionals like add in a few drops before tasting. Spice it Up! Bartending has a special Whiskey aerator that is demonstrated on site for the difference between the out of bottle experience.

Our Mixed Cocktails

Mixed Cocktail - When used to refer to any generic alcoholic mixed drink, cocktail may mean any beverage that contains two or more ingredients if at least one of those ingredients contains alcohol.

Spice it Up! Bartending has a wide variety of mixed Cocktails

Our Daiquiri Glass

Our Daiquiri glass is used for a family of cocktails whose main ingredients are rum, citrus juice, Orange or Pineapple.

We also feature our frozen Pina Colada’s and Strawberry Daiquiri’s in this glass. This is our go to glass for many of our tropical drinks.
